If the patient has insurance benefits they are still required to remit the full amount to our office. We will submit and facilitate their claim for benefits, which are sent directly to the patient. If the patient wishes to clarify their insurance coverage prior to treatment, predetermination of benefits (often with supporting radiographs and intra-oral photos), can be prepared and sent before treatment commences. The treatment we recommend is not dependent on insurance coverage, rather on the needs of the patient.
